BoostCircle legal

Terms & Conditions

These Terms explain the rules for using BoostCircle+ and participating in campaign experiences. Please read them carefully before creating an account, applying to a campaign, or starting a campaign.

1. Membership and Account Eligibility

  • BoostCircle+ is a free product discovery and private feedback community for eligible creators and campaign participants.
  • Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell, transfer, or duplicate an account.
  • You must provide accurate signup, profile, mailing, verification, and payment information when requested. BoostCircle+ may deny, suspend, or remove accounts that appear duplicate, inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or ineligible.

2. Campaign-Specific Agreement

  • Before starting or applying to a campaign, you may be asked to accept campaign-specific terms and disclosures.
  • By accepting a campaign, you confirm that you understand the campaign steps, deadlines, product rules, delivery rules, feedback requirements, optional content requirements, and when points or rewards may be denied.
  • Campaign access is not guaranteed. Some campaigns may be open access, while others may require review, approval, status level, eligibility checks, or availability.

3. Product Experience and Private Feedback

  • Campaign products may be provided in connection with completing private campaign activities inside BoostCircle+.
  • You agree to provide honest private feedback based on your real product discovery, order, delivery, and product experience. Feedback may be positive, negative, mixed, or neutral.
  • BoostCircle+ does not require favorable opinions, ratings, reviews, endorsements, or public posts as a condition of receiving access, points, rewards, or future opportunities.

4. Public Review and Marketplace Restrictions

  • You may not submit, edit, request, or influence any public review, public rating, seller feedback, Q&A contribution, helpful vote, marketplace endorsement, or similar public marketplace action related to a BoostCircle+ campaign.
  • You may not ask friends, family, followers, or third parties to submit public reviews, ratings, seller feedback, Q&A contributions, helpful votes, or similar public marketplace actions for a campaign product.
  • If you independently choose to discuss a product publicly outside BoostCircle+, you are responsible for following all applicable platform rules and disclosure laws. BoostCircle+ campaign tasks do not require public posting.

5. Brand, Seller, and Retailer Contact

  • All campaign communication must happen through BoostCircle+ unless BoostCircle+ gives written permission otherwise.
  • You may not contact the brand, seller, retailer, marketplace, or their support teams about campaign instructions, payment, products, reviews, feedback, refunds, returns, rewards, or eligibility.
  • If you need help with a campaign, contact BoostCircle+ support through the platform.

6. Product, Return, and Resale Rules

  • Unless a campaign clearly says otherwise, campaign products may not be returned or resold.
  • You are responsible for following the campaign's product, delivery, timing, and safety instructions.
  • If a product arrives damaged, missing, delayed, or incorrect, report it through BoostCircle+ rather than contacting the brand, seller, retailer, or marketplace.

7. Proof, Timing, and Campaign Completion

  • Campaigns may require search proof, listing feedback, order details, delivery proof, private feedback, share link activity, follow-up feedback, optional UGC media, or other materials.
  • Proof and feedback must be truthful, complete, submitted by you, and connected to the correct campaign product.
  • Some actions may have time windows. For example, a campaign may require order details within a limited start window, delivery proof after a waiting period, and follow-up feedback within the campaign completion window.

8. Private Share Links

  • BoostCircle+ may generate campaign-specific private share links for participants.
  • Share links are intended for people you personally know, such as friends or family. Public social media posting is not required unless a campaign separately and clearly says so.
  • BoostCircle+ may track link opens, click counts, timestamps, and related campaign activity to measure participation and campaign performance.

9. Optional UGC Media

  • Some campaigns may allow optional photo or video content. Optional UGC is not required to complete a campaign unless the campaign clearly says otherwise.
  • If you upload optional UGC, you give BoostCircle+ permission to review it and share it with the participating brand for campaign, product, marketing, or reporting purposes, subject to any additional campaign terms.
  • Optional UGC may earn additional BoostCircle+ Points only if approved. Do not publish UGC publicly or tag the brand unless BoostCircle+ gives written permission or the campaign clearly requires it.

10. Points, Rewards, and Denials

  • BoostCircle+ Points and rewards are connected to campaign completion, reliable participation, truthful proof, private feedback, and compliance with campaign rules.
  • Points and rewards are not provided in exchange for public reviews, public ratings, seller feedback, Q&A contributions, helpful votes, public endorsements, or marketplace manipulation.
  • BoostCircle+ may delay, deny, reverse, or remove points, rewards, prepaid card access, bonuses, or campaign eligibility if requirements are incomplete, late, inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant.

11. Identity, Verification, and Trust Reviews

  • BoostCircle+ may require identity verification through Stripe Identity, account review, proof review, device checks, fraud checks, or manual approval before campaign access, reward approval, or payment access.
  • Identity document images, facial images, ID numbers, and extracted document data are submitted to and handled by Stripe. BoostCircle+ stores the verification result and a restricted session reference, but does not store copies of your identity documents or selfies in its database.
  • Verification may be required once and may apply across campaigns, but BoostCircle+ may request updated information if needed for trust, compliance, or fraud prevention.
  • Submitting false information, altered screenshots, duplicate accounts, or misleading proof may result in removal from BoostCircle+.

12. Product Safety, Allergies, and Personal Responsibility

  • Campaign products are made, sold, shipped, labeled, and supported by third-party brands, sellers, retailers, marketplaces, or carriers. BoostCircle+ is not the manufacturer, seller, healthcare provider, veterinarian, or safety authority for campaign products.
  • You are responsible for reading all product labels, ingredients, warnings, directions, age restrictions, dosage instructions, pet instructions, and safety information before using or giving a product to anyone else.
  • Do not use a product if you are allergic, sensitive, pregnant, nursing, under medical supervision, have a relevant health condition, or are unsure whether the product is safe for you, your household, or your pet. Seek professional medical or veterinary advice when appropriate.
  • If you experience an emergency, allergic reaction, injury, adverse event, or urgent product safety issue, seek emergency help first and then report the issue to BoostCircle+ through the platform.

13. Order Access, Digital Cards, and Payment Tools

  • Some campaigns may provide order access through a digital card, prepaid card, payment link, reimbursement method, or other campaign-specific tool.
  • BoostCircle+ may collect a mailing address and, only when required by a card provider, date of birth to support issuance and fraud controls. This information is kept in restricted account records and may be shared with the applicable provider as needed to deliver the payment tool.
  • Any campaign payment tool must be used only for the approved campaign product, campaign amount, and campaign instructions. Misuse, attempted cash-out, unrelated purchases, duplicate use, or unauthorized transactions may result in denial of points, reward reversal, removal, or further review.
  • Digital cards and payment tools may be issued by third-party providers and may be subject to provider terms, limits, expiration dates, identity checks, fraud controls, and availability. BoostCircle+ does not guarantee that a payment tool will be available, uninterrupted, or accepted by every retailer.
  • BoostCircle+ does not request or store a full prepaid-card number or CVV. You must not submit those values in profile fields, campaign proof, feedback, notes, support messages, or screenshots.

14. Taxes and Reward Reporting

  • You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or personal financial obligations that may apply to campaign rewards, points, bonuses, products, cards, payments, or other benefits.
  • BoostCircle+ may request tax forms or additional information if required by law, payment providers, or operating requirements.
  • BoostCircle+ Points have no cash value unless BoostCircle+ clearly states otherwise in a specific program or campaign.

15. Communications and Notifications

  • BoostCircle+ may contact you by email, in-app notifications, or other contact methods you provide about account verification, campaign status, reminders, deadlines, missing steps, rewards, support, security, and platform updates.
  • You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and checking campaign reminders. Missing a notification does not automatically extend campaign deadlines.

16. Platform and Third-Party Services

  • BoostCircle+ may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, identity verification, payment tools, email, analytics, fraud prevention, and other platform operations.
  • Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, service limits, downtime, or verification requirements.
  • BoostCircle+ may change, pause, remove, or update platform features, campaigns, rules, rewards, or access requirements at any time for operational, compliance, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons.

17. Limitation of Responsibility

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, BoostCircle+ is not responsible for product defects, product misuse, allergic reactions, delivery delays, marketplace outages, seller actions, carrier issues, third-party provider failures, or losses caused by inaccurate information submitted by a participant.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. If a product safety issue occurs, report it through BoostCircle+ and seek appropriate professional, emergency, brand, retailer, or marketplace assistance when legally or medically necessary.

18. Privacy and Reporting

  • Private feedback, proof, campaign activity, share link activity, and approved campaign materials may be used by BoostCircle+ to operate campaigns, review completion, prevent abuse, and create campaign reporting.
  • BoostCircle+ may share feedback and campaign reporting with participating brands. Where practical, reporting may be aggregated, summarized, or limited to campaign-relevant information.
  • Participating brands do not receive identity documents, full payment credentials, or unrelated private account information from BoostCircle+.
  • For more information about how information is collected, separated, retained, and used, review the BoostCircle+ Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to These Terms

  • BoostCircle+ may update these Terms as the platform, campaign model, compliance requirements, or operating processes change.
  • Your continued use of BoostCircle+ after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
