BoostCircle+ legal

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what BoostCircle+ collects, why we use it, who may receive it, and how we protect creator information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, login information, and account preferences.
  • Creator profile information, such as product interests, shopping preferences, optional social links, household or pet details you choose to provide, and profile activity.
  • Campaign information, including applications, participation history, screenshots, delivery proof, order details, private feedback, optional content, link activity, deadlines, and support communications.
  • Reward and fulfillment information, such as mailing address, PayPal email, prepaid-card request information, reward status, and—only when required for card issuance—date of birth.
  • Trust and security information, such as email-verification status, identity-verification result, authentication events, anti-abuse signals, and technical information needed to protect accounts and the platform.

2. Identity Verification Through Stripe

  • BoostCircle+ uses Stripe Identity to collect and verify identity documents. Identity document images, selfies or facial images, ID numbers, and extracted document data are submitted directly to and handled by Stripe—not uploaded to or stored in the BoostCircle+ database.
  • BoostCircle+ stores the verification outcome, such as pending, verified, or rejected, and a restricted Stripe verification-session reference needed to continue or reconcile the verification.
  • Stripe may process verification data as a service provider for BoostCircle+ and may also use certain information as an independent controller for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and other purposes described in Stripe's privacy materials.
  • To request deletion or redaction of identity-verification data, contact BoostCircle+ at privacy@boostcircleplus.com. Some data may remain with Stripe where Stripe has an independent legal basis or retention obligation.

3. How We Use Information

  • Create, secure, and support accounts; verify eligibility; prevent duplicate accounts, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Match creators with opportunities; operate campaigns; review proof and feedback; manage deadlines, communications, fulfillment, points, cards, and rewards.
  • Provide participating brands with campaign-relevant feedback and reporting. Where practical, reporting may be aggregated, summarized, or limited to what the campaign requires.
  • Maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce platform rules, improve BoostCircle+, and comply with applicable legal or provider requirements.

4. Sensitive Data Separation and Access

  • Mailing address, PayPal email, date of birth, and the Stripe session reference are kept in a restricted data area separate from the general creator profile.
  • A creator can access only their own restricted information. Administrative access requires an authorized BoostCircle+ account with multi-factor authentication.
  • BoostCircle+ does not store full prepaid-card numbers or CVVs. Card records are limited to operational details such as provider reference, status, expiration, last four digits, amount, and a provider-hosted secure link when needed.
  • No system can guarantee absolute security. BoostCircle+ uses access controls, private storage, multi-factor authentication, anti-bot protections, validation, and data minimization to reduce risk.

5. When We Share Information

  • We share information with service providers that help us operate authentication, hosting, private file storage, identity verification, email, payment and reward delivery, fraud prevention, analytics, and support.
  • We may share campaign-relevant information with participating brands, but we do not provide brands with identity documents, full payment credentials, or unrelated private account information.
  • We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the platform, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • BoostCircle+ does not sell personal information for money.

6. Retention and Deletion

  • We retain information only as reasonably needed for account operation, active campaigns, fulfillment, rewards, security, disputes, provider requirements, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
  • Provider card identifiers and secure card links are designed to be removed after a closed card record has passed the operational retention period; basic audit information such as status, amount, and last four digits may be retained longer.
  • Date of birth is retained only when needed for prepaid-card issuance and related operations. Identity documents remain with Stripe under Stripe's applicable retention practices and legal obligations.
  • Account deletion requests may not immediately remove information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes, completed transactions, legal compliance, or backup integrity.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

  • You may update many profile, contact, payment, and mailing details from your account.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about disclosures. We will evaluate requests under applicable law.
  • To submit a privacy request, contact privacy@boostcircleplus.com. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and will not ask you to send identity documents through ordinary email.

8. Updates and Contact

  • We may update this policy when our services, providers, security practices, or legal obligations change. Material updates may be communicated through the platform or email.
  • Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@boostcircleplus.com.
